Shipping Policy
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 2-5 working days.
Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping.
Please allow 7 working days in total.
If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about your order in the first 24 hours after making a purchase, you can contact me to cancel your order. Please use Contact form.
This is only offered within the first 24 hours if a buyer changes their mind, this is because pieces are top coated and fully finished to order and extra work is put into the artwork after a piece is purchased to get the artwork ready for its new home.
I urge all buyers to fully read the sizes and surface types of the artwork they are interested in prior to purchase.
Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork, but if you have any questions or issues, you can always get in touch.
